Single student: $35
-
Family: $45
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer three payment options to best fit your family’s needs. Payment options are as follows:
-
Full Year: Paid at registration (receive a 5% discount)
-
Bi-Annually: Paid on September 1st and December 1st.
-
Monthly: Tuition fees are billed on the 15th day of the previous month. Payments not received by the 1st will incur a $10 late fee and your dancer will be asked to sit and observe until the account is paid.
Payments can be made with cash, check, or credit card. All credit or debit card payments will require a 3% convenience fee. You may pay online (www.isdcdance.com) via your Parent Portal at anytime 24/7, at the front desk during studio hours, or by dropping a check payment in the brass mail slot found under the window the right of our front door. We also offer a convenient automatic draft on your credit card for monthly balance.
UNPAID BALANCE
If a student has an unpaid balance, they will only be able to observe class, not participate, until the balance is paid. All students must have all balances paid in full before the recital in order to participate.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance is taken at each class and recognition is given at the end of the year for dancers who have not missed any classes. Dancers may miss up to 2 classes with an excuse and still be recognized. Good attendance is imperative as absences and tardiness can hold back the entire class. Please make every effort to have your child at every class.
If you wish to withdraw from a class you must notify us in writing. The cancellation will be effective as of the next calendar month. Please note: non-attendance in a class is NOT considered a native that you want to drop a class.
No deductions or refunds will be made for classes missed. However, students are permitted to attend make-up classes within one month of the class missed.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of inclement weather, the studio will close for everyone’s safety. Cancellations will be determined by 2:00pm of the day in question. We will email this decision and post on our Facebook Group.
